The state-level conference "MID ROSACON 2024 JAISALMER" was successfully held on 7th-8th September 2024 at Desert Mirage Resort, Jaisalmer. Organized by Jaisalmer Orthopaedics Surgeon’s Society (JOSS), particularly focusing on managing intra-articular fractures. The conference was attended by 152 delegates, including senior orthopaedic surgeons and postgraduate students from various states.
Started with PG Teaching program, Basic science session, Upper limb session,
Non-union & Deformity session.
Workshops 1. High Tibial Osteotomy and 2. Posterior Cervical Spine Fusion.
Started with sessions on Trauma, Hip Arthroplasty, Knee Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, Spine, Foot and Ankle, and Orthopedic Oncology. The General Body Meeting (GBM) started at 6 PM and went on until 9 PM, followed by a Gala Dinner with musical performances and other artistic presentations.
On the third day, Began with the Young Surgeon’s Session, followed by a session on Paediatric Orthopaedics. PG paper presentations were conducted with active participation from postgraduate students.
