The Lifetime Achievement Award is ROSA's highest honour, recognizing distinguished orthopaedic surgeons who have made exceptional and sustained contributions to the field throughout their career.

Purpose:

To honour senior members of ROSA who have demonstrated:

  • Outstanding lifetime contributions to orthopaedic surgery
  • Dedication to medical education and mentorship
  • Leadership in advancing the orthopaedic community
  • Excellence in clinical practice, research, or public service
Selection Process:

Candidates are nominated by the ROSA Executive Committee and selected through a rigorous evaluation process that considers their entire professional career and impact on the orthopaedic community.

Award Presentation:

The award is presented during ROSACON in recognition of the recipient's lifetime of service and excellence.
