ROSA stands for Rajasthan Orthopaedics Surgeon's Association.
The association was formed about thirty years ago when Ist ROSA conference was organised
on May 8,1978 at Ajmer. The association was registered on July 30, 2002. As the
name states it is a body of Orthopaedics Surgeons from the state of Rajasthan, though
not necessarily restricted to Rajasthan only. At present there are more than 350 memebrs registered
with ROSA.
The primary objective of ROSA is to organize regular seminars, symposiums, workshops
and conferences in the field of Orthopaedics/Allied Medical Sciences. Another objective
is to guide, assist and promote the art and science of Orthopaedics Surgery and
rehabilitation. ROSA also provides a forum for academic discussions and CME to its
members.
