ROSACon 2010 begins in Jodhpur today. Detailed report soon.

Next GBM will be held at Jodhpur at conference venue at 5.00 pm on 09.01.2010.
Agenda will be as follows:

• Welcome Addres by President, ROSA
• Obituaries
• Introduction by Members
• Report by Hon. Secretary
• Report of Treasurer
• Proposal and amendments and approval of new membership form
• Discussions about the dates, venue of next ROSACON
• Elections
• Any other matter with the permission of Chair
• Vote of thanks by Secratary, ROSA

This year we have to elect President from college, Vice President from district/non college and Hon. Secretary.Those who are interested for application forms can contact Dr. C.K. Ameta or ROSA counter on 09.01.2010 before 12.00 noon, as that is the deadline to fill the nomination form. List of nominations will be displayed at ROSA Office (Counter). The deadline for withdrawal of nomination is 4.00pm on 09.01.2010.

Elections, if necessary, will be conducted as per rules by elections officers at 5.00pm on 09.01.2010 during GBM. Candidate, proposing and seconding person should have to be life member of ROSA.
