Acute Dislocation of Knee – What to Do?

Categories: Case Discussion, General  |   -

Friends,

Today I examined this 55 yrs active man who had dashboard type before 5 days. Fortunately he does not have any neurovascular deficit. Pain is minimal but knee is grossly unstable. Clinically it is ACL, PCL & PL corner injury. There is no rupture of muscles. Doppler study done today is normal

What should be the line of management? How to tackle PL corner that has avulsion of LCL with fracture of head of Fibula

Thanking you in anticipation
